This will be held via the TEAMS platform on Wednesday 12th March at 7pm .The TEAMS link will be sent to those registered via email on the Monday of that week

As we come into Marathon season this seminar looks at Stress fractures, Bony stress injuries and RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport) .

These are relatively common problems but can be missed so this seminar is to increase confidence in spotting these issues and how they are managed.
